Our free support groups provide families and friends of those living with mental health challenges with an understanding environment within which to share experiences and gain insight from others.
Our structured group model ensures that everyone has an opportunity to be heard and get what they need.
All groups are led by trained facilitators with lived experience.

SMART RECOVERY
SMART Recovery (R) is an effective program for helping people with their substance use, mental health, anger management, and more. It helps build self-management skills using CBT principles and motivational interviewing in a supportive, peer group setting.
