You Are Not Alone

Our free support groups provide families and friends of those living with mental health challenges with an intimate, understanding environment within which to share experiences and gain insight from others.


Our structured group model ensures that everyone has an opportunity to be heard and get what they need.  


All groups are led by trained facilitators with lived experience.  


All discussions are confidential.

Drop-ins are welcome.

Friends and Family
Support Groups

Peer-led support groups for family members of individuals living with mental health conditions. 


We use the terms "family member" and "caregiver" interchangeably to refer to someone giving emotional, financial or practical support to a person with a mental health condition.

SMART Recovery (R) is an effective program for helping people with their substance use, mental health, anger management, and more. It helps build self-management skills using CBT principles and motivational interviewing in a supportive, peer group setting.
